Abstract:
One of the most important and difficult stages of business entities financial directing is the choice of perspective methods and approaches of cash flow directing. Methods of cash flow directing are suggested by I.A. Blank, A.M. Kovaleva, V.D. Zubareva, U. Brigheim, V. Horn and others. However considering the problem in question specialist don’t take in consideration such economic factors as lack of highly developed market, high inflation, unstable stock market, currency restrictions, peculiarities of tax system in different countries. Thus we can conclude that the methods of cash flow directing must be improved for effective use in different economic situations. The most prevailing in western practice models are Baumol Model and Miller-Orr model. Detail presentations of the model functioning in developed countries are given further.
