Abstract:
Now digital expansion leads to transformation of evolutionary processes social-technical landscapes (STL). It causes emergence a problem of forming of the adequate correcting (managing) influences on the basis of timely forecasting. For this purpose it is necessary to have the adequate static and dynamic models reflecting changes of different ontologies. The last are offered to be identified on certain basic principles of temporal monitoring (observability), modeling different ontologies. In work results of a prospecting research in the field of representation and modeling of dichotomizing ontologies of the analysis and management of STL in a digital environment are considered. It is offered to be carried out by means of strategic and roundabout arrows of collecting, information processing and management at the different hierarchical levels by means of various digital technologies. In work are considered: conceptual model of management of a taxon of a social-technical landscapes,, information and analytical model of management by means of landscape arrows on the basis of digital technologies, the basic principles of komporalny observability of evolution of a landscape, a dichotomizing ontologic matrix of results of functioning of landscape arrowss of management, results of researches in the field of prospecting modeling of dynamics of the keywords characterizing the main trends of the theorist – practical researches on different problems of digital reality. It is revealed that the most adequate models are exponential with coefficient a temporary factor about 0.17, and the periodic component is characteristic of Kitchin and Zhungler's cycles. The results presented in article allow to systematize theorist – practical researches in the field of management of evolution of STL in the conditions of a digital environment.
