Abstract:
Positive psychology is a field that is gaining attention owing to its relevance and application in various fields such as organizational behaviour. Following the lead of the field of psychology, positive organizational behaviour has emerged as an area with great potential. It provides solutions to organizational challenges and is quite useful in successful organization management. This paper summarizes five important theoretical frameworks within the purview of positive psychology and positive organizational behaviour, which are capable of being applied to organization management. The work concludes by discussing certain POB- based guidelines to help organizations flourish during the difficult times of the ongoing COVlD- 19 pandemic.
