Abstract:
Company managers utilize a number of concepts for the management of performance. This article describes some of the selected concepts, including Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Economic Value Added (EVA) and benchmarking, demonstrates their use in the industrial practice as well as the satisfaction of managers with the application of these concepts and tools for the management of performance. In addition, synergic affects that can be gained by using these concepts together are discussed. Results of surveys include using software applications for support of performance management and measurement.
