Abstract:

The always on-going technological changes that we are subject to on a daily basis mean that there is a need for adaptation and evolution on behalf of all public education establishments with regards to the computerization and digitization of various student's day-to-day processes. The motivation for the Digital-Student application arises precisely from this fact, where direct contact between student-institution is required, offering permanent availability to satisfy students' requirements. The active school's participation will always be an effective mean of promotion and development of the institution. In this evaluation work, an application is developed using the Microsoft PowerApps and Dynamics 365 platform, aimed at all students at any higher education institution. It is an application that allows users to share with each other relevant information about their academic path. From basic information such as Skills and Soft skills to more elaborate information such as training courses attended or documents such as curricula and certificates. At the end of the work, it is expected that the final solution to be considered as an example of success with regards to the theme of modernization.
