Practical Application Of Integrated Assessment Methods As A Tool For Business Analysis in The Development Of Innovative Energy Saving

Abstract:

We investigate a motivational environment for the development of innovative energy-saving technologies based on methods of rating of the integral parameter. In the study, the authors used a method of constructing an integral criterion using the entropy method of finding the weight coefficients as a tool for business analysis. Also in the framework of the study emerged the need for terminological analysis of the main definitions related to innovative energy savings in the form of a synthesis and clarification of terms based on analysis of existing terminology in the contemporary paradigm of the regulatory framework in the field of innovation policy and energy conservation policy. The aim of the study is create methodological approaches with the use of integrated methods to assess the motivational environment at the level of regional economic systems as a factor of reducing risk for companies implementing various projects in the field of innovative energy saving. Objectives of the study are: identification of factors shaping a motivational environment; development based on the identified factors in the model of formation of the rating of the integral parameter a motivational environment; using the developed methodology the proposed algorithm and formed the rating of the integral parameter a motivational environment for the development of innovative energy-saving technologies at the level of regional economic system. Using the characteristics of regional economic systems, we have built a rating of a motivational environment. The findings indicate that the regions have a very different attractiveness for the development of innovative energy-saving technologies. We also analyze the reasons for such difference.
