Abstract:

The development of market competition against the background of rapid technological progress and limited resources pose a challenge to modern enterprises to improve products and ensure stable growth. Many factors of global and local nature complicate the process of enterprise management, among which one becomes the most relevant in the context of economic security - intra-organizational resistance of employees to the introduction of innovative technologies in the enterprise.The article considers the application of the method of restriction of E. Goldratt systems in the framework of economic security of the enterprise. The authors give examples of evaluating the effectiveness of the theory of constraints. The application of the critical chain method in the framework of the issue under consideration is considered. It is determined that the company can focus management decisions and direct its own resources to eliminate a specific constraint, identifying the root cause of the global problem, It allows to adapt the work of the entire enterprise in the conditions of internal changes and under the influence of the external environment. The proposed set of measures will lead the organization to a full and effective functioning by optimizing the system of economic security.
