Pratiques de Développement des Compétences et Turnover des Ingénieurs : Cas des SSII Tunisiennes

Abstract:

This article tries to determine the practices of skills development and their relationship with the turnover of engineers in service companies and computer engineering. The analysis of seven interviews with human resource managers presents some practices which can ensure the development of skills. These practices are the recruitment, the training, the mobility between the projects and the cooperation between companies. They can also reduce the turnover of engineers.
