Abstract:

The aim of the article is to indicate and establish the hierarchy of the features of rail passenger transport services with regard to modern technologies most preferred by the service users, and their evaluation. In order to achieve this aim, a method of critical analysis of available secondary research results and a method involving a questionnaire in primary research were adopted. Own research was conducted on a representative sample of 331 young travellers.
