Abstract:
In the twentieth century there were structural changes in the functioning of the economies of the most developed countries. The result was economic growth, which was not accompanied by a correspondingly high increase in employment. Therefore, unemployment is a problem for many countries (including those in the EU), regardless of their political, economic or social policies. They differ only in terms of different character, scale and policy in this regard. However, the common point is that it involves young people. Difficulties on finding a job by young people adversely affect the economy, especially local.
