Abstract:

The article deals with modern problems of social and economic development of Russia and its regions. The authors pay special attention to the innovative development of industry in Russian regions. They investigate factors, sources and technologies of sustainable growth of the regions, analyze the dynamics of indicators that characterize the place and role of the innovation component in these processes and justify the innovation of management of the economy of Russian regions as the dominant pattern of their development. In this regard, the main focus is on the creation of innovative industrial clusters in the regions, high-tech industries based on breakthrough technologies; the priorities and risks of forecasting the processes of innovation management of the economy of Russian regions are determined; the development of dynamic forecasts and simulation models for the development of sectorial clusters is carried out.
