Abstract:
The relevance of scientific research of the organizational culture of Russian enterprises is due to the changes that have occurred in the political, social and economic spheres. Changing the form of ownership and the status of enterprises stimulates the search for optimal ways to carry out business processes and the introduction of progressive forms of management. In modern science, both domestic and foreign, there is no single concept of organizational (corporate) culture. There are several areas of research: some scientists consider corporate and organizational culture to be synonyms. Others formally believe that corporate culture is the culture of large corporations, and organizational culture is that of small organizations. There is a scientific opinion according to which corporate culture refers to specially created, externally formed values of an organization that contribute to its competitiveness, and the organizational culture develops by itself as a result of direct production and social interaction.
