Abstract:

An aim of this paper is to present the problems of a healthcare system in Poland. A subject of the analysis is the Polish healthcare system, and in particular a possibility of using a remote consultations platform that will improve cooperation/communication between primary care physicians and specialist doctors. A type of research methodology used was qualitative research, which was used to acquire knowledge and determine organizational solutions to improve the cooperation and communication between primary care physicians and medical specialists, to improve the patient service process, and public health system.
