Abstract:

In the publication, the author tried to draw attention to the opportunities and threats posed by min. automation of processes, both technological and business. Modern solutions, especially those based on artificial intelligence or machine learning, on the one hand, help to support human work, but on the other hand, they may cause fear of losing a job, since all activities can be replaced with automation. In addition, the development of new tools and software based on artificial intelligence may raise concerns, as it is difficult to predict whether humans will control robots in the future or they will control humans. An important aspect is a well-established approach based on knowledge and practice, so as not to cause unnecessary panic and invest in the development of new technologies prudently. The impact of modern technologies is the future and it is worth making the most of the available solutions in a thoughtful and comprehensive way. Opportunities and threats brought by the automation of widely understood processes is a development topic and requires constant analysis. The publication is based on a literature review in the field of available solutions and the conclusion of the publication is to emphasize the need to constantly search for modern solutions to support the work of the human factor or to replace it when there is no staff to perform the assumed work.
