Abstract:
In the context of the global economic crisis caused by the pandemic, in order to sustainability and maintain competitiveness, international companies need constant activity to generate, distribute and use profits. After all, it is profit that is the main source of financing activities, meeting the financial interests of the owners of the company, its employees and the state. Regular search and improvement of approaches and tools for profit management is one of the solutions that satisfy this need. Profit management is aimed, first of all, at systematic monitoring of internal and external changes in the company, which makes it possible to timely form a set of measures to prevent and eliminate negative dynamics and crisis situations. The main direction of the company's profit management system should be to increase the level of their manageability through the use of effective economic instruments. Purpose of the study: to study the profit management system in Xiaomi Corporation and develop measures aimed at improving it.
