Project Approach to University Business-School Management

Abstract:

The article discusses the topical issues of university business-schools management through evolution of business-education both in Russia and globally. The authors show that business-education aims to deal with professional audience; determine interrelation between educational programs and specific features of student target groups. Based on the provided analysis, the authors define advantages, opportunities and weaknesses of a university business-school activity. The article justifies the need and possibility of applying project approach and project-oriented matrix structure to a university business-school management.
