Abstract:

Deliberations presented in the article pertain to the issues of project management with special consideration to the organization to project auditing within the Human Capital Operational Programme. The article is intended to indicate the organizational aspects of project auditing in Voivodeship Labor Offices as part of the Human Capital Operational Programme carried out in Poland between 2007 and 2013. The assumed research hypothesis is the auditing procedures condition the project management efficiency by establishing the principles to act and implement any remedial measures. A research method employed in the research was the existing data analysis, so-called desk research.
