Abstract:

This article deals with a question whether project manager is more leader or manager. At the introduction there is an explanation and definition of project manager and leader. The focus of this part is to give the list of the main difference between them and to describe what the future project manager will be. The most important part of this article is part with recommendations from the author what should be every leader and project manager aware of and what is essential for every project manager.
