Abstract:

Modern concept of organizing electronic document management on a regional scale based on the digital information and telecommunications network of the regional scale "Bank – economic entity", as well as the possibility of localized banking structures as nodes of the regional digital infrastructure that can provide the formation of architecture and information and management flows in the regional economic management system can be implemented in the Big Data format and has very significant information and communication and management capabilities in terms of improving the efficiency and targeting of regional efforts and impacts in terms of promising regional initiatives: improvement of the regional investment climate based on a systematic increase in information security of existing and potential subjects of the regional investment process; implementation of targeted personnel programs to ensure the regional economy; regional technological platforms and initiatives; regional social and infrastructure initiatives; regional programs for the formation and use of regional human capital.
