Abstract:

Within the framework of digital transformation, the implementation of a Web System with AWS Cloud is proposed to improve administrative management, in such a way that it allows the automation of information and procedures in a Technological Institute of Public Higher Education in the district of Villa El Salvador, which corresponds to the department of Lima, Peru. The main objective is to improve the administrative document management processes of a Public Higher Education Technological Institute through the implementation of a web system with data storage in AWS Cloud, it will be used by the same institution to carry out the procedures of users automatically, as quickly as possible and meeting institutional objectives. The literature review was used as a methodology, 43,830 articles related to the subject were found and 20 important articles were selected for our study.
