Abstract:

Automated methodology of risk management in strategy implementation mergers and acquisitions is a well-developed model that can potentially be an effective instrument in the process of leveling the risks of mergers and acquisitions. This fact necessitates approbation of this method and an analysis of its advantages and disadvantages with the identification of prospects for the practical application of the method.

In this article, the process of approbation of the method of risk management of mergers and acquisitions is carried out, the shortcomings of the method are revealed and the ways to eliminate them and improve the application were proposed.
