Prospects for the Integration of Extracurricular Education into a Single Educational System: Management Aspect

Abstract:

Inevitable succession of generations and necessity to preserve inner potential of the state presupposes the mandatory transfer of accumulated positive experience, knowledge, traditions, mentality from ancestors to their descendants. The state as a universal regulator of social relations plays a leading role in these processes, subject to the harmonious interaction of school and family, which contributes to harmonious development of personality. The study is devoted to the problems and prospects of developing a system of additional education for children in modern environment. The authors analyze the management activities of the region’s administration to create the designated system; consider certain aspects of providing educational services as to relevant administrative decisions. The understanding of the system of additional education for children as part of a single educational environment has been updated.
