Abstract:

The article describes the characteristics of smart contracts as prospects for the development of transactions in the conditions of information technology development. It is established that a smart contract can be considered from two positions: legal (as a transaction) and technical (as a computer program). Smart contracts allow you to store medical records and patient information in a digital book. Blockchain Health Benefits and Smart Contract Characteristics are analyzed.
