Abstract:

Health care is an essential component of the social policy of the state. Health protection and the
creation of conditions for a healthy lifestyle should ensure human well-being and the sustainability of socio-economic development. Formation of healthy lifestyle, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation are impossible without a well-functioning health financing system.Currently, healthcare in Russia is at the stage of reforming and it needs additional attraction of funds for the implementation of planned activities, improving the efficiency and access tohealth care. Reforming the health care system has revealed a number of problems; one of the main is the lack of funding for the industry. The relevance of the study should be considered from the fact that health has the highest value for society and the individual. At the same time, it is necessary to expend primarily material and financial resources to maintain, strengthen and restore health. In particular, in the health care system there are quite a few financial problems that make it difficult to solve the set tasks aimed at improving the health of the population and improving the quality of medical care.
