Abstract:

The article is devoted to the consideration of administrative coercion in the system of ensuring the right of citizens to education. An analysis of administrative coercive measures to prevent and suppress violations of the citizens’ rights to education is carried out; an administrative responsibility in the sphere of implementation of the right to education is characterized. There are presented proposals on amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation in this direction.
