Abstract:

This article describes the world experience and Russian practice of implementing state procurement. We held a comparative analysis of certain aspects of the public procurement system used in different countries. The focus was made on the protection level for domestic producers. We highlighted positive as well as negative characteristics of the public procurement system and main problems that impede to increase its efficiency in Russia.
