Quality Assurance Process Model When Designing Technical Products With Combining Of Heterogeneous Elements

Abstract:

The article touches upon the major problems of quality assurance of technical objects that combine heterogeneous elements in their structure. The main areas of making a model of quality assurance process are determined in the article. Their aim is to raise the productivity of organizations involved in value making process of end product. The main condition of model implementing and its integration into quality management processes of the company is the manufacturer’s awareness of interaction necessity. This approach enables to broaden the responsibilities of every manufacturer. It will also create mutually beneficial relations between them and minimize inefficient expenses connected with quality improvement of elements that have no value for the consumer. The model will help to synchronize quality management processes both at the level of a separate organization and a chain of interrelated companies. Application of the designed model will help to achieve the optimal way of work organization  and to minimize the expenses connected with disagreement of aims in the sphere of quality of interacting manufacturers.
