Abstract:

Quality management is traditionally an important part of management for Russian organizations of a production type, to which the organizations of the scientific and educational complex (OSEC) also belong. We can definitely state that the successful implementation of quality management is an important factor in ensuring the autonomy and sustainability of the entire educational system of the country. The modern foreign approach to the problem of quality management, widely perceived, studied and applied in Russia, unambiguously links quality and competitiveness, since from it in market conditions the size of profit and market cost of the organization directly depends. At the same time, quality management in some cases is unreasonably identified with the management of the market value of the organization, which negatively affects the effectiveness and effectiveness of management.
