Abstract:

Studies show that the quality of the educational and research process within a campus is influenced by the quality of life in campus influences their academic results, and, also, universities with happier students attract more new candidates. This article is part of a more extensive study that was conducted regarding the quality of niversity of Bucharest (UPB). It aims to assess the quality of life in campus as it is perceived by students in the University. The study was carried out using a self-administered questionnaire, which was sent to UPB students via email. We analyze their answers and discuss the results obtained. We conclude, by calculating the IQoLS, the quality of life index for students, and detect the aspects that need to be improved, in order to have happier students.
