Abstract:
The present article aims to identify the quality of the healthcare services from the Romanian Healthcare System, but also the degree of satisfaction, the elements that are a consequence of the direct involvement of the healthcare beneficiary. To this study females and males participants were questioned, but they all expressed their wish to participate voluntarily to this process, argumenting that this is the only way in which a change can be achieved in the quality of the healtcare system.
The result of this research was posibil through fulfill key elements, which were a real success in the rows of the participants to this research, because the participants could answer to themselves to a series of questions with regards of: reason for the choosing of the healthcare services, the element that is remembered from the executed procedure, the service offered by the chosen institution, but also the quality and the professionalism present in the visited healthcare unit.
