Abstract:
The current global trends reflecting the movement of economies of developed countries in the direction of creation of the Industry 4.0 put before developing states to which Russia is also refered, a problem of preparation of national economy for the accelerated, moreover advancing, the entry into the fourth industrial revolution. At the same time as a necessary condition of realization of the national and state economic interests of Russia in the conditions of openness and strengthening of the global international competition high economic, scientific and technical and social potential acts. Within this research assessment of level of density of scientific and technical activity as indicator of level of compliance of national economic systems to calls of the Industry 4.0 is carried out. On the basis of results of assessment the conclusion that even the most developed from the countries - «leaders» are only at a structuring stage now that allows to speak about incompleteness of transformations within formation of the Industry 4.0 was drawn. This fact allows to draw a conclusion that the countries outsiders of this process have an opportunity for successful inclusion in processes of the Industry 4.0 on the basis of the advancing elimination of the existing contradictions in realization of the national and state economic interests. In article the model of realization of national state interests of Russia in the conditions of entry into the Industry 4.0 is offered.
