Reengineering as Modern Strategy of Corporate Management

Abstract:

The most important tasks of a modern enterprise are the search for adequate methods and methods of management, the formation of strategic thinking among employees and the active use of methodical tools for strategic management in business practice. Particularly relevant is solving the problem of determining the perspective directions of enterprise development through the formation and effective use of its strategic assets. Reengineering in this case is considered as a modern creative strategy in corporate management. The methodological basis for the study is made up of the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the methodology of system analysis. To achieve the goal set in the work - to determine the essence of the concept of "corporate management", the method of logical and theoretical generalization of the results was used. According to the results of the generalization of different points of view on the essence of the concept of corporate management, there is no single approach to definition "corporate management" in the world yet, but there are generally accepted principles or standards that form the basis for effective corporate management and can be applied to the wide range of legal, political, economic and social conditions of each country. Corporate management is an integral part of market reforms, a precondition for private business development, a means of enhancing competitiveness in international markets and improving the performance of enterprises in general. Prerequisites, the principles and consequences of application of a reengineering will allow to change radically the system of management of the enterprise and to define competitive advantages for a long-term perspective.
