Abstract:

The paper states the problem of the formation of a medical organization management system using an architectural approach to management. The task is to determine the functional structure of the medical organization (without reference to the activity profile), which with the necessary adaptation can be used as a basis for analyzing and reengineering processes, for creating an organizational structure, for designing the IT architecture of specific medical organizations.
