Abstract:
This short paper uses the bottom-up approach for assessing the recovery of the development regions after the 2008 economic crisis. The results are interpreted and discussed from the viewpoint of regional resilience. We found that Romania’s western regions, capable of quick restructuring, have performed better, showing the optimal regional resilience.
