Abstract:

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between productivity and export in the INTEGRA COFEE agroindustry of Jaén, in the department of Cajamarca in the year 2022. Therefore, basic research was carried out with a non-empirical, transversal, descriptive, quantitative correlative. The population for this study consisted of 162 employees, although for convenience a sample of 20 workers was taken. The technique used in this study was the survey and the instrument applied was a 52-question questionnaire with a reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha of 0.935 and validation by expert judgment. Obtaining as a result that there is a perfect positive correlation between the productivity variable and export in the Integra Coffee company, this result was validated by performing the Rho Spearman test, achieving a coefficient of 0.905 and presenting a level of significance less than 0.05, that is, when If productivity is properly managed, efficient export will be obtained. Finally, we conclude that there is a relationship between the variable productivity and export in the INTEGRA COFEE agroindustry of Jaén, in the department of Cajamarca in the year 2022.
