Relational Theories of Conflict in Nigerian Society; Diagnosis and Management Prescription

Abstract:

Conflict is generally inevitable, and adequate knowledge and understanding of individual perspectives in the organization would lead to a better way of managing conflict. The main essence of this work is to know how relational theories of conflict affect Nigeria societies and profer solutions to managers and administrators. The research used conceptual analysis method. Various concepts and theoretical perspectives relevant to this study were critically discussed and analyzed.
