Abstract:

Nowadays, in the sustainable conditions of economy and logistics, the full operational cycle stands for a very modern and desired trend at the markets. As the market of fruit and vegetable is a specific one – fragile and quick actions demanding, the production cycle in this regard has a crucial meaning.

The paper aim is to present the production cycle on the fruit and vegetable market in the context of relations in the food supply chain management. It refers to the food sector in Poland, and is based on the research results.
