Abstract:
There are numerous studies conducted to investigate the impact of health related quality of life (HRQoL) on job performance. However, the relationship between HRQoL and job performance in healthcare organization needs to be explored more. Thus, this research was carried out to investigate the relationship between Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) and Job Performance among non-clinical staff in private healthcare organizations in Malaysia. There were 160 questionnaires distributed at four different hospitals and the researcher managed to collect 100% of the questionnaires. More than half of the respondents were female. Based on the findings, the results show significant correlation between psychological and physical with job performance. Therefore, the hypotheses were substantiated and acceptable.
