Abstract:

Global changes in the computerisation of electronic services as well as the COVID-19 pandemic build up new threats related to violating privacy and increase the number of cybercrimes, introducing chaos and destabilisation of human order. The result of this is no sense of security in the broadly understood sphere of human existence. The objective of this article is to demonstrate the impact and implications of civilisation, technological and epidemic changes on the level of security. In view of the above problems, a comprehensive approach was applied, using the comparative method and the analysis of phenomena, along with the introduction of prognostic elements.
