Abstract:

This article compares two Information Systems in a small law firm. Based on the results, the old system seems to be preferred, despite the new system looking better and with additional functionality. The main draw-back seems to be the speed, which is crucial for the users. The motive for writing this article was to gather enough data to reverse the managerial decision to use only the new information system, or at least to share the disappointment among the staff with the top management.
