Research of Motivational Activity at the Enterprise

Abstract:

Annotation. The study of motivational activity is conducted primarily in order to understand to what extent it contributes to the effectiveness of the enterprise. The development of effective solutions in the field of motivational activity requires a detailed analysis, which is impossible without a competent choice of research methods. The article offers two scenarios for the study of motivational activity. Qualitative and quantitative indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of motivation are given. It is proved that the application of the proposed approaches will ensure balance of the motivation system towards the goals of the organization, that is, the applied forms and methods of motivation will be linked to both the objectives of the enterprise and the expectations of employees
