Abstract:

The article aims to highlight the project portfolio analysis approach to sustainable development goals and its application to the largest mining and metallurgical (MM) companies in the CIS. The project portfolio analysis approach is illustrated with a case study of four MM companies in the CIS. Authors also focus on maturity of project management in implementation of sustainable development principles in strategic and operating activities.
