Abstract:
Innovation is a matter covered in the priorities of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and the National Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 in Romania that contribute to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. This paper proposes a research-based ideas and innovative concepts in processes, products, to strengthen agricultural productivity, along with promoting the sustainable use of resources and environmental conservation. This paper aims thereby contribute to more rapid implementation of innovative approaches to farming practice and a systematic feedback on practice needs to researchers.
In the current programming period will be done to better exploit the potential of the rural development policy for supporting innovation. It will focus on informing and encouraging those interested to make use of incentives for innovation of products, processes and technologies in a commercial context.
The paper aims to answer the following questions which have been applied across the LAG Hills Prahova so: It stimulated the use of practices designed to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases? Sufiecient organic farming techniques are known? Known standards of public health, environment and animal welfare? Does their production and marketing of regional food specialties? Increasing productivity occurs woodlands? Concerns are finding new uses for agricultural products in cosmetics, medicine or crafts?
