Abstract:

Adult vocational training is a key element in the economic development of any country, and is often a necessity for adapting to new technologies, procedures and knowledge. The present case study was carried out through a comprehensive research study on the Association of Success in Education and Sport, a representative NGO in the field of education in Romania, and Succes Grup, a company specialized in adult education. The research was carried out over a period of one year on a number of 250 graduates from the two vocational training centers in Romania. In order to accomplish this research, anonymous questionnaires, interviews and direct discussions with the graduates of the courses were used.
