Abstract:
The starting point of this article is the objective of defining the educational system. The components of the educational system are also defined: social institutions, economic institutions, socio-cultural, political, professional (occupational) groups, certain NGOs. Many management principles are presented too, specific for raising the quality of an educational system, such as: the continuity principle, the studentcentered principle, the didactic inovation principle, the ensurance and development of complementarity and correlation between main subjects; Partenerships Development for Education (PDE) – Scientific Research (SR) – Production (P).
