Abstract:
Increasing income is not the only source of teacher well-being in the workplace. Other aspects are known to contribute to teacher well-being. Thus, this article aims to describe several aspects indicated to be the determining factors of teacher well-being in Indonesia. These factors are individual factors, social factors, leadership factors and organizational factors. Understanding the resources of well-being is important to determine which resources can increase teacher well-being and to determine the intervention model to increase teacher well-being.
