Abstract:
Quality of scientific outputs depends not only from the selected research and investigation methods but from scientific researchers themselves as well. Today, only a small number of research is performed by a single researcher; most of scientific outputs is a common work of several people. At first, the paper presents two parts of scientists’ job. Next, authors present some key concepts of teamwork in general based on selected scientific studies. Afterwards, authors analyze the teamwork in science. Finally, the paper discusses the phenomenon of teaching teamwork at schools.
