Reviewing the Literature of Corporate Culture, Employee Motivation and their Effect on Organization Effectiveness

Abstract:

There are prior studies examining the relationship between employee motivation and functional performance/productivity, but no study specifically reviews the association of intrinsic and extrinsic employee motivation on the effectiveness of an organization. The main objective of this study is to review main factors affecting organizational effectiveness. Also, this research reviews the associations among corporate culture, employee motivation and organizational effectiveness.
