Abstract:

The authors of the article tackle the issues of identification of the sources of risks in various areas of activity of an industrial establishment, including documentation of quality and security for the purpose of business continuity management of the production processes. According to the authors, the main source allowing to execute this very important task may be the Risk Analysis Report provided that the it is integrated and includes details of all risk factors identified with respect to the production processes in the establishment. The article outlines the essence and scope of the Risk Analysis Report on the production process. What is more, special emphasis is put on the significance of continuous analysis of potential risks, their identification and treatment.
