Abstract:
When a team of managers within an organization sets up a cultural project, they have to take in count the benefits but also the disadvantages generating a general cost-benefit analysis. However, the efforts in developing cultural and creative policies in Romania are related to a series of issues concerning the prioritization of values, human well being, social and inclusive cohesion.
The purpose of this paper is to identify the risks that arise in the development of cultural projects in Romania, as well as the uncertainties that can appear during their development. Also, following some empirical analysis, we will analyze whether the "Creative Europe" program is a factor of economic growth, creates jobs and if it is a priority for our country.
